The Ellendune Community Centre underwent extensive refurbishment in 2008.
The improvements include a new gas central heating system, redecoration of the Main Hall and the Alexander Room plus improved toilet facilities incorporating a disabled toilet and baby changing area.
Part of the Ellendune Community Centre, the Hall is conveniently situated only a few miles from the M4, not far from Swindon in Wiltshire and provides, in addition to the main hall for hire, a range of options suitable for private and commercial use for eg; business meetings, craft fairs, exhibitions, dances, wedding receptions and amateur dramatics.
The hall and stage areas regularly host plays, pantomimes and concerts. The stage is equipped with theatrical lighting (for use by qualified technicians). A P/A system with a hearing loop is also available. The hall has recently purchased a piano which may be hired.
There is ample free parking close to the centre.
